Why isn't the water flowing when I turn on my brand-new fountain?

To protect the motor during shipping, we have added an EVA sponge protection pad above it. Please remove the pad before installing and using the fountain, as it can block the water from coming out.

Which Veken replacement filters are compatible with my Veken 84oz/2.5L pet water fountain?

For 84oz pet fountains, we recommend using our Veken replacement filters and sponge packs.

How often should I replace my Veken pet fountain filters?

Depending on the number of pets using the fountain, the charcoal filter and square sponge filter should be changed every 3 to 4 weeks. More pets using the fountain will require more frequent filter replacements.

Why do I find small black particles in my pet's water?

Those particles are charcoal dust, which can seep from our filters. They are normal and not harmful to your pets. To limit this, soak the filter in water for 5 minutes, rinse for a minute, and place it in the fountain.

How often should I clean my Veken pet fountain?

We recommend cleaning the fountain every two weeks, or weekly in areas with hard water.
